Bootcamp delivers a mix of strength training, cardio, and corework—using a variety of equipment and bodyweight exercises—to build functional movement, enhance strength, and improve overall mobility. It’s energizing, challenging, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
With plenty of modifications and a focus on form, this class helps you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence—no matter where you're starting from.

This class is great for beginners with introductory seated movements to get you on your way to exercising more often! Come learn in this class so you can feel more confident exercising on your own.

Zumba
Mondays @ 9am. Thursdays @ 5pm.
Zumba is a dance fitness class that blends Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. It feels more like a dance party than a workout, making it perfect for anyone who just wants to move, smile, and feel great!
One of the best parts? Anyone can take Zumba. No dance experience, no “fitness level,” no pressure — just show up as you are and have fun.
