Ashley
PErsonal Trainer & Yoga Instructor
Ashley has been a yoga instructor and trainer of yoga instructors for years. She is trained in 8 yogas, a reiki practitioner, mom to 3, dog and cat mom. She closed her Wellness Practice in PA and hit the open road to discover a new home here in Long Neck. While Ashley and her family are new to the area, she and her husband discovered Long Neck while taking a day trip in July 2021 and knew that the beach was where she and her family wanted to be. She has had quite a journey from being on the stage with Dr. Oz in NYC, training yoga students to be yoga teachers, moving from NY to PA and now becoming a resident of Long Neck, DE. Ashley is grateful in every way to be a part of Bayside Fitness family. She teaches our mat pilates and chair yoga class. She is now our newest personal trainer and senior wellness specialist! There’s nothing this girl can’t do!
Rose
Group Fitness Instructor
A new Long Neck resident, Rose moved here with her husband and daughter, who are also fitness enthusiasts. She brings energy, passion, and a love for movement to every class. Whether she’s dancing her heart out, hiking through nature, paddleboarding on calm waters, or swimming, she believes fitness should be as enjoyable as it is empowering.
When she’s not moving, Rose loves camping, curling up with a good book—especially works by James Patterson, Erin Hilderbrand, and Jennifer McMahon—and letting music set the tone for her day. Her classes are all about having fun, feeling strong, and embracing every moment of the journey.
Ashton
Personal Trainer
After earning his Master’s in Athletic Training from Lebanon Valley College in 2025, Ashton built a foundation in movement, injury prevention, and functional exercise through hands-on experience in clinical and athletic settings. His passion lies in helping people of all backgrounds move better, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies through purposeful, sustainable training.
Now based near the Delaware Beaches, Ashton combines his background in rehabilitation and strength training to design safe, effective programs that improve mobility, balance, and overall fitness. He’s passionate about helping clients move well, feel better, and enjoy the activities they love for years to come. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys going to the gym, attending local events, and spending time at the beach.
